Single Occupancy

We do not have a single room but we are happy to accommodate a single occupancy booking using both our double and twin rooms. Minimum two nights during High Season (1st May - 30th September).

One Night Stays

Please be advised that between 1st March - 30th October due to our limited number of rooms we regret we can only accept a single night booking Monday - Thursday Nights (inclusive).

Price quoted is per room per night, a complimentary full English breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am.

Deposits

A ‘Shadow Transaction’ of Guests credit/debit card details is taken as breakages and reservation security. Full payment for accommodation is due in cash on arrival at check-in.

Occupancy of rooms

Check-in is between 4.00pm and 7.30pm on the day of arrival. Checkout is before 11.00am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund or credit (minus 10% processing fee) if notified at least 14 days in advance; on cancellations within 14 days 50% of total booking fee will be charged, if cancellation is within 7 days the total booking amount due will be charged.

Visitors are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

We request that you confirm all cancellations by land mail to ensure that we have received your notification.

Children and pets

Because of the layout of our cottage and gardens we regret that we cannot accommodate children and pets.

Primrose Cottage is a strictly no smoking establishment.
