Price quoted is per room, including breakfast.

Deposit of £10 per person per night is required to secure the reservation with the balance being payable on arrival.

Payment can be made either by cash, cheque with valid bankers card or credit card via Paypal.

Full refund or credit if notified at least 14 days in advance minus 10% processing fee; on cancellations within 14 days, 50% of total reservation deposit will be charged, if cancellation is within 7 days, the total reservation deposit will be charged.

Visitors are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Please confirm all telephone cancellations by email,or letter to ensure that we have received your notification.

Occupancy shall be between 4.00pm and 9.00pm on the day of arrival. Checkout shall be before 11.00am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Because of the layout of our cottage and gardens we regret that we cannot accommodate children and pets.
